We had an excellent holiday, superb local cuisine; we loved the picnics on the treks. Mr Lay was a superb guide!
All connections and flights went like clockwork, we were always given the best of attention by our guides. All transport and hotels were first class and my second trip with MK didn't disappoint. Thank you.
A good mix of cultural highlights and walks to see the country. A more 'morally' correct approach than other tours to the country - I have wanted to go for 10 years but held back until now.
The holiday really exceeded my expectations. Pre trip information and correspondence was very good indeed.
This was my 6th trip, so MK must be doing something right. The liaison with the office is very efficient and prompt.
The trip was rewarding in all aspects - leader, group and the opportunity to camp in remote areas not otherwise accessible to individual travellers.
Everything was extremely efficient without losing the personal touch. Fellow trekkers were the most interesting and pleasant that we've ever trekked with. The pre-trek walk/briefing was very useful.
I was very impressed with the trek, it was all (and more) that I had hoped it would be. A serious, longish trek into remote mountains. Loved it! Big thank you to all concerned. Well organised trip. If anything had gone wrong (which it didn't) I would have been in safe hands. Wonderful mountain walking in remote areas. Hardly saw other trek groups until we re-joined the Annapurna Circuit in last few days.
This was a well organised trek with as good accommodation as could possibly be expected in the Everest region. The whole trip was enhanced by a superb leader whose knowledge and organisational skills really contributed to its success - and his three support staff all of whom could not have been better.
Service on the trek was well thought out - plenty of tea, good lunch stops, tea brought to door in the morning, etc. Guides were very attentive.
