Hotel Monasterio

Part of the Belmond Group of luxury hotels and trains (including the Orient Express), this five star hotel is widely considered to be the finest in Cuzco. As its name suggests the hotel is housed in a former monastery and it combines historic charm and ambience with high-end hotel service. It enjoys an excellent location just a few minutes walk from the Plaza de Armas and the main sights of Cuzco and numerous shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel has a central courtyard with cloisters, a fountain and a 300-year old Cedar tree.
